Your booking will be secured upon receipt of our Booking Confirmation Advice sent by email.

Cancellations within seven days of arrival are not refundable. 

Outside of 7 days prior to your arrival your booking can be transferred to a future date depending on availability.  This must be done more than seven days prior to your planned arrival by contacting us directly. 

Smoking is not allowed in the cabins or on the verandas.   Failure to abide by this request could result in a significant cleaning expense.

Children should always be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Swimming, kayaking/canoeing and fishing is permitted in Yabba Creek at your own risk. Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult.

Dogs are to be restrained within the confines of the cabin area, must always be on a leash outside the fenced area and not cause disruption to any other guest. 

Dogs are not permitted indoors at any time.  They are permitted onto the veranda of your cabin.

We request that noise be limited to not cause disruption to any other guest.

Any accidental damage or breakages must be reported prior to departure.  Costs to replace or repair may be applied.

Guests are permitted to use the washing machine and dryer in the communal area during their stay.

Cabins will not be serviced during your stay unless requested.  Additional cost may apply.

Use of the open fire pit is welcomed however it is expected children and pets will be supervised.

This is a working farm property.  Please respect our animals, and any wildlife.  Close any gates.

Absolutely no hunting or discharge of any firearms, fireworks and the like are permitted.

Please leave the cabin clean and tidy on your departure.  Remove any rubbish to the appropriate receptacle (at the communal area).
